I had a hard time finding this product, even though I tried the department store where I bought my coffee maker, Target, Bath & Body Works, and WalMart. The cost for the purchase of the year, even with shipping, was less than the prices online from the manufacturer. My order came before promised. I could not be happier with my purchase.
