I use this filter on my C3000 since I bought the device until a few months. I could not really tell a difference in taste, without the filter. So that helps reduce the accumulation minieral in the car, but for my taste the coffee / espresso still tastes the coffee espresoo without the filter. I would also recommend that you buy in order to reduce the extraction of minerals in the computer, but for my taste, there would be.
